How do we open an account with VMR?
Every application follows a standard procedure that includes a number of required (credit) checks, your sales manager will guide you through those. Once the checks have been completed it is possible for an account to be activated that same day.
What are your response times?
Our standard response time we offer to all our clients, is one hour. Individual client agreements can differ.
How do we contact VMR?
There is no call centre at VMR, that is the centre piece of our philosophy. All clients have dedicated teams with direct numbers to reach every single member of that team.
Do you offer comprehensive reporting?
We offer a fully integrated reporting solution as part of Internova’s global reporting suite. With our custom back-office system, we offer an extensive selection of reports that can be tailored to meet specific client requirements. These unparalleled reporting capabilities will strengthen your travel policy and guarantee effective oversight. We provide these reports at no cost on a monthly, quarterly, or annual schedule. Individual arrangements can be agreed with your account manager.
How do we qualify to work with VMR?
We support numerous clients across different sectors and do not require a minimum spend commitment. We select our clients carefully to ensure that we are good match for each other and that choosing us is both financially and operationally beneficial.
Is there support available out of ours?
Yes. as part of the global Internova agreement, our Out of Hours team is available beyond regular business hours to handle any urgent requests.

Do you offer consulting services?
Our consulting team can develop travel policies and neg contracts with supplier on your behalf and help you to set up internal procedures and auditing practices.
